Vertical Diner, Salt Lake City

Had a quick chance on the recent Toy Machine tour to find a vegan place in Salt Lake City using the VegOut app and found Vertical Diner. I only shot one photo. Of my breakfast called The Avalanche. Two pancakes, sausage, tofu scramble and hashbrowns. $9.50. It was great. We had breaded 'chicken' sandwiches the night before that were real good. See their menu. I took a bunch of carnivores with me for breakfast and everyone was more than happy with their meals. Check it out if you are in Salt Lake City.

  1. Vertical Diner is good. Next time you're in SLC, check out Sage's. Same owners. Better menu.
